Less Spending, Lower Taxes = More Freedom!

I'm running for the Senate because I feel Rhode Island is headed in the
wrong direction. We are in a recession because we have the highest taxes,
the worst business climate and the highest unemployment in the country.
Combine that with runaway spending and we have the disaster that is the RI
economy! The General Assembly has been dominated by union representatives
like my opponent, and they've brought us to this point. We desperately
need a more pro-business General Assembly and since I have a BS degree in
Pharmacy with 30+ years in the private sector and a MBA from Bryant, I can
bring that experience and knowledge to represent the taxpayers.

I will not support increases in any taxes, fees or fines. I will support
cutting taxes and in some cases abolishing them completely. I will
represent the taxpayers and work to let you keep more of your own money so
you can decide the best way to spend it.

I support the Governor's efforts to cut the cost of illegal immigration. I
will work to reduce benefits that make Rhode Island a welfare magnet. I
will oppose an unnecessary new Courthouse.
